ERROR 16

I softmodded my xbox and i aciddentally deleted my linux files so i could not restore the dashboard. So then i ftped and deleted every thing because i had the default and then i put them in. I rebooted my xbox and then i didnt have a dashboard just an error 13 message because i think something went wrong. i could still play games but i needed the ms dash because i wanted to make a new online account because i got banned. Well i moved my xbox just before i went to bed and left in unplugged. And then the next day it would not load any thing and it was an error 16 message. i no that an error 16 message means that you need to set the clock but it doesnt have a menu to do it with. So if anyone can help me out please reply here.
