i softmod my xbox but it didn't work well so i try to remove but now i remove the whole c drive and i have no xbox dashboard anymore what can i
do send to microsoft?

Yes if you want to do hotswap.

There is another way to reinstall MS dash by using dashupdate on new games which has LIVE. But I dont know the instruction. YOu can ask around.
