Error 7

    When i boot up my xbox it blinks Red and Green and gives me error 7. Help Please?

    Most of the times, the IDE cable is not properly connected when you see this error. Please reattach the ide cable. Not only to the harddisk drive but also to the dvd drive. ALso try to reconnect the ide cable to the motherboard.

    However, from info I've gather over the last while, if this error occurs then your HD is stuffed! Sorry dude!

    If still no success, im assumin u have a bad hd, would need a modchip and new hd to fix it
