I've just tried using DVD X Copy and it is not burning. The DVD copies fine but when I go to burn I get a driver Error Code 02052c00h and then it says Invalid SCSI Communication Sequence. The burner I'm using is from Micro Advantage. I've updated the firmware for the drive and removed Roxio (it came with it). I've tried opening the DVDXCopyInstaller.exe file but nothing happens. I've also reinstalled the software a couple of times. Is this a compatibility issue?? Does DVD X Copy not work with this drive?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I had some problems with DVD X copy that had to do with my initial installation (downloaded purchase of X copy gold). I used 321 studio's tech support E-mail and was quite happy with the results. The fix was rather involved but worked. I am a newbie and won't attempt a solution for your problem, but some of the experenced folks here probably can! good luck!
