   Dear smart Dela,
   
   I tried to play my avi video file on Windown Media XP serie 9. The image of the move is so perfec but there isn't a sound. How could I fix the problem? should I use the same codec MPEG-4 which you have suggested above to a person who has problem with image.

   There's a program called Gspot (yes you heard me right) that will tell you what codecs you need to view this file. You can get it from http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/gspot.cfm
