Error message on startup

    I get this error message at startup right after the windows screen.
    " This application has failed to start because QOEHook.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix it. The problem is I don't know what the application is. Need help please.

    After doing a quick Google search on the file name...it seems to bring up more about spam and spyware then anything else.

    Time to run your anti ad/spyware programs.

    I reloaded my anti spyware and the problem seemed to go away. Thank you very much.
