error message

    does anyone know what this error message means?

    i get it after i get the files onto my computer using dvd decrypter, and then i try and open them in dvd shrink, and i know that way works because it is how i have done other movies.

    Dont use DVD Decrypter. Let DVD Shrink do the ripping and the compression as it can be funny about compressing already ripped files from another program. THats the cause of your error!

    i have tried to use dvd shrink to rip the dvds but it will not let me, it just stopps responding once i click open disk and then choose the drive the dvd is in, any more suggestions as i have tried everyone i can think of
