Error Message

    I purchased DVD X Copy 1.52. Whe I click on the Icon, it opens and asks for a movie to be placed in the dvd drive. It runs for a couple seconds and I get an error message stating " Error reading source disc ". I can't seem to get it to work for me.

    Hi
    Try playing the dvd for a few seconds in your pc dvd player then try again as this sometimes helps. Also ensure that your dvd is clean as any dirt can cause a read error
