ERROR when trying to install NERO package 2

    hi i was trying to install NERO package 2.. and in the process i get this error "ERROR DURING INSTALLATION OF COMPONENT "NERO PHOTO SNAP"
    any help would be appreciated

    redownload Nero package 2, only from the Nero website or filepidia.

    from nero site i downloaded 3 times,,now i don't know that site filepidia

    thanks i use the cleaning tool,,i install nero burning rom,package1,,and then in package2 ,,,AGAIN the same error message about photo snap
