Please help me. I have a Format Factory software, and I’m using it quite fine until my computer crashed a few days ago. So I have to have it fixed after that I reinstalled Format Factory but it is showing an error message “C:\Program Files\FreeTime\FormatFactory\FormatFactory.exe This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.” So I uninstalled and reinstalled the software a lot of times and until now it is of no use. I really need your help. Any kind of suggestions on what to do and ideas on how to solve this software installation is highly appreciated. If you can help me I thank you in advance.
I don't have any experience with Format factory, but this suggestion might apply. Note that the second link to the download file is for Microsoft Visual C. You may want to check under control panel to see if it is installed already.
