error: xmenu.dat error!' On Fire Card~Please Help

    Hey I have had this DS firecard for around 2 years and i just plugged it in to a new computer (the old one i dont have anymore) and i took off all the games and put on some more. then i went onto the firecard and it said 'error: xmenu.dat error!' does anybody know where i can download the file to put xmenu.dat onto the card? Thanks:)

    which flashcard do you have? which console, DS/DSi or 3ds , what is the firmware? more details please!
