eurovox 1100 scrambled

well hello peeps.can someone please help me??? i have an eurovox 1100 and have enjoyed watching free channels on it but recently all the channels have been scrambled.....my friend across the road also has just got this problem.apparently you can load softwear onto the box wich will re boot the channels?i have a simple brain and am not to clever with all this so if someone has got any answers for me then please could you explain it clearly.thankyou and sorry for my thickness.ha ha

well for starters you posted in wrong part of forum try in >>>> HERE <<<< for future
now its due to nag.3 encryption why all the old boxes are not working anymore
no software will fix your box but you could try a factory reset and rescan
or you can read up on the starview.6 or the kryptview a780 on that link above
both are only boxes that will work in uk on cable
if you make a post in tht link you will be pointed in right direction
