factory reset and then deep scan on your provider, remove any splitters if your using one and also check out the NAgra 3 thread for updates on areas now gone to Nagra 3, if your on that list and it says your on Nagra 3, then its game over
have you checked the Vrigin media service page for outages in your area? check the daily update page to see if there is work going on
the only thing i can say is to reset and keep scanning, they are moving chans and freqs about and will do going forward to make way for N3 and other works, so your going to have this prob from here on in
