eurovox ex 1000 sl help

    Hi have the eurovox ex 1000 sl for 6 months now with no problems... but today when turning on the box the channel guide is ther but when you click on a channel you get a blank screen... any ideas on what to do?

    factory reset and rescan the box

    thanks will i have to reflash after factory default?

    when i was on a channel it also said no audio or video feed

    still no joy doing that once it found all the channels it said updating code but nothing happened, don't even have the free to air channels...

    still says no audio or video...

    i'm in the preston area and with virgin and i flashed it with UFL_EX1000SL_DarX_01-12-08 at least 6 months ago

    Have you tryed using a different scart lead?

    no as the picture is clear as normal when looking at the menu... will try one though. thanks
