Eurovox Ex1000SL help

    friend of mine gave me a Eurovox Ex1000SL in new box totally unpacked and unused.

    i myself have a Box-T and am in a MMds area of Limerick.

    i want to give this to a friend the box is a cable receiver and he is in a cable area.

    can i hook this box up to my connection and pre-tune the box for him.

    no, different box (MMDS and Cable boxs) and secondly, the boxs no longer work in Ireland on Cable, MMDS will follow suit soon
