Hi. Just wondering if anyone can help me out. Whilst watching tv on Wednesday 2nd December the channel suddenly froze. I was unable to change to another channel. I switched my digibox off at the plug socket, left for 30 seconds and then attempted to reboot the system. Unfortunately non of the channels were accessable. I once again went throught the reboot process without success. As this wasn't working, i reset all the channels via the menu, and following another reboot, i initiated the easy install process via the corretly selected symble rate. The system went through the scanning process 1% to 100% but no transponder codes or channels appeared in the box, and the easy install process just restarted, once again without success. Can any one please help.
HI My Box arrived yesterday, and seems to be the same as yours. I have flshed it with the latest firmware. When it boots up it asked me to select the language then time zone then it scans and seems to find channles but nothing is listed and then goes back to the start menu select your language this happens everytime an endless loop. can anyone help. thanks in advance john

im also having problems with my ex7000 box all channels scrambled heard that nthell has new tech to switch them off. do u know how/where i get codes to rectify problems ?
