ive just recieved my eurovox, but on instalation when complete all channels are scrambled can you help

 

mmmmm, really think you need to check the nagra 3 thread, think you just bought a ticket for the Titanic

 

have you flashed it with the latest firmware

 

no ive not done that how do i do that?
