Eurovox lock light stuck on

Hi all,

hope someoone can help. I have a eurovox max and the lock
(yellow ) light is stuck on. Also the box is stuck on the disney channel. It wont budge and the controller cant change channel or bring up the menu or anything!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never seen that one have you unplugged it and then plug it back in?

 

Sure have. It just comes back on the same channel. Do you think if i reflash or jtag it it'll fix?

 

Sorry just about to head off. Yes you could try a reflash first, dont forget to clear all your data and if that doesnt work open up the box you will see a small reset button, (on the main board), press that and then try a flash again. If all that fails yes it may require a jtag fix.
