Eurovox Max - 1 channel has a blank screen

All my channels are there, including Fiver, but it's just blank. All the others display ok. I checked the signal strength and that seems fine. I've re-installed the channels and still this one is blank - a black screen.

Any ideas why and how I get it back? Anyone else had this issue?

 

you could try factory reset,then power scan for channels,then switch on emu,and go back to tv channels and check if it came back.(please note you will need to reset your clock to summer time and any parental settings,and if you had a pin number it will revert back to 0000).

That worked. Now two other channels are blank but hey-ho!!
