Hi all, just wondered if i can get any help with my eurovox max as when i started to watch this afternoon the picture is all messy, as like pixel trails off everything that moves or like motion blur! even in the menus too has anybody else come across this problem if so any help or is my box dieing thanks in advance
also just to add there is a permanent line of multi coloured pixels running down the left hand side of the screen with about another six equally spaced scrambled lines running parralel help please!

that looks like a weak signal coming in, did ya check the signal level? what is the sig and quality level on the box?
it has all cleared up on its own for some strange reason!!! but signal strength and quality are usually about 81% if i remember right thanks
could be just a signal prob mate judging by the pics, if it comes back, take note of the signal level, to low (50/60 or to high 85 and up) will cause bad interferance like pixels, popping sounds etc
cheers for that didnt think to look at the time because the menus were trailing aswell which i thought that it wouldnt be signal related if the menu software was doing it too.
nope didnt do anything to cure it either apart from taking the box to the outlaws to test on their cable, which was fine plugged it back in mine and all was fine on sunday, and i did unplug it for the whole day saturday an replugged and was still the same
I have been getting probs on most Sky movie channels, any idea why? Looked for a thread on this but cant see one!

cryptic? I was referring to the same box as this thread, pixel issues too but only on some sky movie channels. Premiere and Sky Screen 1 & 2 are ok its the others Sky Action, Sky Drama etc. Done factory default, makes no difference at all!
sounds to me if its only certain channels could be a signal problem with that certain frequency! i had it with all channels
your first post gave no information of any use to anyone, I take it yer in the UK as you have your sky chans, did you factory reset and scan again? Are you using a splitter? Have you checked your provider to see if there is an issue in your area?
