eurovox max v black

    switched on this morning and box working but every 10 seconds no signal comes up do i need to unplug it and startup again this is supposedly the latest software only got the box 3 weeks ago

    i am new here plz help i only have like 100 channals since the freq changed how do i get the rest back?
