EuroVox Max V box dead ... NEW HD alternative

I live in Birmingham and have a eurovox Max V Box but ive have loat about 80% of the channels including Sky Movies, Asain Channels etc.. all that i have left is the Sky Sports channels and a few other ones. I heard that its due to Nagra 3 that has ost me to lose all my channels..

1. Is there any way i can get the channels back
2. What new alternative box should i get , i want to get a HD box now.

What do you think about the Dreambox DM8000 HD?
