eurovox max v liverpool

i have lost some channels but on doing a full rescan have got them all back,the problem is that s s news is freezing and jumping i have tried a manuel scan but it is still the same. any ideas anyone ? am on v media

 

did you check your providers service page for work going on?

 

it is fine on the v+ box, its only the euro vox that its happening

 

are you using a splitter? to run a cable to the Eurovox? if you are it could be the the signal has dropped and is effecting the chan

 

ive been using a splitter for a number of years now and never had a problem, would a splitter just effect one channel ?
