Eurovox Max V

Hi all, completely new to all this so please pardon my ignorance.

I have the above box (eurovox MaxV) no idea if cloned or not. However, since the last week is has stopped working bar about 10 channels. The thing which really troubles me is that even the basic tv channels such as BBC1 and ITV do not work (I am based in England, UK). Usually, when it stopped working I obtained certain information which I understand can no longer be discussed here and it worked fine however I am not privvy to such information now nor aware on how to obtain such.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Just update your box and everything will be fine, if you have never flashed your box then click on the link marked Eurovox at the bottom.
