Help needed, got a eurovox Max box on n*l, box is working but won't change channels using the remote. I've done the test with camera phone (which shows the remote is working) and we've tried a neighbours remote to change channel but the box won't respond to the remote. We can change the channel using the the buttons on the front of the box but the problem is that we used the Fav button so programs are stuck on that fav selection. Has anybody got any suggestions on what the problem is or how to get the box back on TV mode so that the other half can get his sport channels back. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
open the box and in the front is the IR sensor, see if this is connected properly, if it is loose, makre sure its connected properly, if it is connected properly, then the sensor could be just knoackered.
