Getting a no signal rather than codes updating.

Can anyone advise as to what is wrong?

    Thanks in advance

No signal generally means just that. Make sure your feed is plugged into the RF/Cable in port on the back of the box. Also make sure you have no loose connections or splitters. Failing that it a problem with the CC.

Thanks. Was thinking that but was hopin there was a quick fix! All the cables seem to be fine so there must be a problem with either the box or the provider.

I am getting `searching for signal' on all channels. Was working fine until this morning. All cables are plugged in properly. Can anyone help? Thanks.
