Checked all my connections they look ok i was thinking it may be the aerial power supply.

If you have definitely checked all your connections ie from your downconverter down to your power supply and from your power supply to your box then either your downconverter is faulty or your power supply, most likely it is your power supply.

I think I read on here about some areas changing from DVB-t to DVB-c in the last month or two, the changes were done really fast and subscribers were given a new box there and then, may be your problem

Think they changed to DVB C modulation a short while ago out there. Thats why your DVB T box is not working, try a working DVB C box at your location.

    EDIT: They did indeed Cathal.

It does with NT* MMDS a Kryptview needs manual frequency input. Others don't. I suggest you get a lone of a working box to try it in your area first.

Only one way to find out macca see can you get a lend of a box and check that, I am sure you will be able to get a cheap box also from someone in Dublin as they are no good here ATM.
