Everything gone

Hey all Just a quick note to say I have lost every single channel and dont know what to do. Hope someone can help me. I have a Nokia dBox 2 with Commando 6 Image I ad all my channels stored and then they all went. Anyone got any ideas???

Either rescan for channels, or try & reload from menu, or install service & bouquet files. This has happened to me before & I had to reinstall my service & bouquet files.

Ok FEKKER tried it and it has worked but a lot of my channels seem to have the KEY Icon highlighted does this mean the channels are locked??
If so am I able to unlock them??

Leave it on $KY Sports & it will clear, the key symbol will remain.
