I suspect you will get the version of the movie recorded on the disk. Some disks have both versions recorded on them. In that case you need to choose the one you want (ie. Reauthor under Shrink) after ripping the entire disk. Sometimes you will find Wide-screen on one side of the disk and Full-screen on the other; choose wisely. If the actual format (Wide-screen/Full-screen) recorded on the disk can be changed, one to the other, I am not aware of any way to do that.
Use Shrink and backup the main movie only all the outher stuff just takes up space and makes the compression run up and chance of Legos and freeze ups
