evo xfinity freezes

hi just wondering if anyone can help out, purchased the evo xfinity box couple days ago, when booting up it wont go past the xbmc logo, spoke to the supplier an he's told me how to reboot the box, i've tried this with the third party software an also the factory software, but it only gets so far an then the andriod robot appears lying down with a red symbol in its chest then the box reboots, is there anything i can do to solve this problem or should i return the box been like this since i bought the box.
any help be appreciated

You could try updating with a quality USB Pen drive ( not a s**t cheap 1gb freebie!)

Hi guys, i sorted the issue in the end with a newer upgrade, was working with a kingston 32gb pen, i was exracting the data onto the pen rather than leaving it as a zip folder which was what i use to doing that with other boxes, sorted now though. Only other query i have is is there any way of auto connect to the newcam server rather than having to start it manually when you 1st laod up the box???

 

Im In the same boat stuck on boot screen tvaddons, when it was working had to start the cam manually

 

I've found if you turn the "connect on init" to disable it starts when loading up the box, thats is on the newcam sever menu page when you type your server details in

 

The cam starts?
