You need to get Mirc program on your pc. Goto the efnet server and connect to it. Once connected select the channel tab and got #xbins. Once in xbins read the message that pops up. It says in order to get files type /msg xbins !list so type it........you will get a window that pops up giving you a ftp address a user name and a pass word. so what are you waiting for? Load up your FTP client (Flash FXP) and connect to the address that they give you. Type the user name and password and make sure that you have the right port set. You have to leave your Mirc program connected and stay in the channel. You will see a bunch of folders with everything that you are looking for just transfer back to your pc and enjoy. There is a limit so dont get too greedy you can always come back.
