hello .. i have recently downloaded an .exe file but as the downloading was over, the exe file changed to html .. i tried renaming the file with .exe at end but it wont help .. so is there any way i can change the html filetype to an exe file back?( its a setup ).. i downloaded this exe file though a download manager.
Sounds like the download manager just got the html link to the download page, which it downloaded. What happens when you double click on it?
nvm i got it fixed .. the only prob was that the download manager changed the exe file to a html webpage and when i open the page , it loads up with an unknown format script .i went to the ms dos and changed the file name from there . thanks nywaysxD
