i was wondering if my xbox has the error thing when i turn it on can i still put the modchip in or do i have to fix my xbox first?
what error thing are you talking about?? if you put your excuter chip in, you have to flash it, then i would recommend slayers final disk to setup everything, especially if your using a bigger hard drive i have the same chip, solderless adpater and it works great!
the modchip will fix that error, are you using the solderless adapter with it as well? if so, be carefull with the screw that holds the adapter in place, i stripped mine on the first attempt, and had to modify using a slightly bigger screw, but it still works fine!
