Hi, I got into the DVD backup game a month ago and I bought the Epson R300 (which performs beautifully I might add) to print directly onto the discs. Has anyone found a good reliable generic brand of replacement ink cartridges for Epson R300. The low prices of the generics have tempted me but I'm afraid of buying them because all the bad reviews I've heard (clogging, smearing, etc.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

also check for places that do ink refills as costs less than a new or refurb cartridge.

I have and use the Epson R200. I love it! It's a great printer!
The R200 and R300 use the same ink. I get it here: http://private.abacus24-7.com/(ekznl5qxlvrqzfemvc5qfgjs)/driver.aspx?topic=singleProduct&pid=11304
The ink has worked flawlessly. You can't beat the price.
With shipping, my total comes to $21.80 for all six cartridges! I just got another shipment in. All six of these are cheaper than just one cartridge for my HP printer.
Try them. You'll like them. Let us know what you think of them, if you get some?

Thanks JVC, I'll try them next after I finish my next 6 pack of epsons. I bought them just because I had a 10% discount coupon but I'll try your site next time for sure.
