What is the format of the video's you are importing? some .wmv files and .mov (quicktime) files seem to be having trouble converting as smoothly as other file types.

As I quoted above, there have been issues with converting the .mov and .wmv files, an issue that I am looking into at the moment. I suggest you try Videora for now and see how that goes, and I'll try get back to you ASAP ;-)

this is the same problem im having. I'll download a video with Bear Share, it'll be an mpeg, i'll convert it using itunes...if i do, there's no sound. if i convert it using quicktime, it wont upload onto my iPod. I read a tutorial that said that if you download movies that don't come in m4v format (or w/e) then the audio can be "muxed" or sumthin. And if that is the case, then the audio WONT export. BUT in my case, my mpegs arent muxed...to check open up the video in quicktime, then go to window > Show Movie Info...
then you should note under the format if it's muxed or not.

well according to the tutorial i read, if it is muxed, then you're pretty screwed up.

after you read that, there are a couple links in there that may be able to help you. But nuthin seems to be workin for me. On Monday, when Apple's customer service is open, im workin on gettin my damn four hunnit dollars back...too much hassle for me.
