external dvd drive to burn xbox 360 backups

    Hey,

    I wanted to be able to burn my xbox 360 backups using an external dvd burner with my laptop instead of having to use my pc.

    The drive i was looking at was the samsung SE-S084 external dvd burner

    check out the drive here

    my question is, has anyone has any success with this drive, or does anyone know that it supports bitsetting/booktype which is required for burning 360 game backups?

    you dont have to worry about booktyping anymore. and any samsung burner will work. i have one, not that exact model though, and it has never failed me.

    I'am using an external Lite-On SLimdrive and it works like a dream...
