Hello I am trying to decide on a replacment for my SONY DVD+-RW DW-D56A which is a terrible drive. I have a dell Inspiron 2200 with Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor 1.60GHz. I am trying to decide on two different external DVD burners the first one is. LG Black USB 2.0 External DVD Burner With 5X DVD-RAM Write Model GSA-2164D - Retail the second LITE-ON Black USB 2.0 External DVD Burner Model SHW-1635SX - Retail which both are are rated highly but as usuall I like to here what you guys have to say.
