    Very easy solution

    Do you have WinRAR?

If so right click on the ISO file and tell WinRAR to extarct it.

If you ever come across an IMG file then rename the .img to .iso then extract with WinRAR.

If you have a BIN file then you will need to use a program like ISOBuster or POWERISO to extract the files from the BIN file. Just so you know you can also use ISOBuster or POWERISO to ectarct the ISO file also. It is just easier to right click on the ISO and use WinRAR to extarct the ISO.
