Extraneous processes for XP Pro

    Any suggestions on junk processes to stop or remove from XP Pro.

    I should have used the words services. I heard some say that XP has a number of wasteful services running by default (on automatic at start up) and using up RAM. Maybe I am worried for no reason, since I have 1GB. I just do not like to trust big brother to do what is right for my PC.
