F/W UPDATE

    Can someone point me to a guide for updateing a DVD Burner's firmware? Particularly a Sony DW-Q28A? I've gotten the latest version KSY3, but am not sure of the process.

    Look on Sony's site for instructions. I updated my Sony burner by double clicking on the firmware update and had it install. But, look to see if there are instructions on their site.
