the problem is i don't have a paypal account, i clicked on the link and it took me to a site that looked like paypal, but the address bar had a weird address, i closed the windo and typed in the address for paypal, and it was totaly diferent from the one that i clicked on, so this was one of the spoof or phishing scames, so this is a heads up to all who use paypal to be ware of this going arround, just thought i would share this with the members.

Dude, you should forward that email to spoof@paypal.com , so they can take care of it.

anytime you get an email from ebay or paypal saying you need to update your account, its spam. they have all your info, they don't need you to give it to them again.
