'Family Guy' Gives Error With DVD Shrink

    Hello,

    When I try and back-up the Family Guy Season 3, It first analyses the disc and at 96% I get the following message:

    DVD Srink Encountered an Error

    Failed to read file 'D:\'
    Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check)


    Are there any solutions to my problem?

    Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check) usually is a scratched or dirty disc. Clean it with Isopropyl alcohol, Lens cleaner for eyeglasses, or some even use good old Windex, then try it again.
