I work for a small computer shop, and we want to start offering VHS conversions (for home movies and whatnot).

I've been searching the internet for hours for the fastest VHS to DVD (or preferably VHS to MPEG/AVI/DivX/Whatever).

Any advice? If we start doing conversions for people, I would hate to do them in real time.

I don't think you can avoid the real time conversion.
