faulty cd duplicator

    I have problem with my cd duplicator (1-7). it says at startup, copier f/w fails. please update fw. i will be glad to have solution to this problem..any one can pls help.

    f/w if correct is firmware which is same as the bios on your motherboard. i presume it is talking about the drives' firmware so who makes the drives as in lg, pioneer & whoever?
