i know this is mainly a pc enthusiast board, but i figured i'd throw this one out there to see if i got a response. i'm trying to set up a simple PC based fax server at work and was just wondering if anyone out there had done this before. i just want it to run off a PC, route faxes to everyone at my work, and maybe get it so they don't need a special client program to get faxes (maybe email based, but not microsoft exchange). any other IT guys out there?

thanks for the help. i like that this one can just use a regular PC as the server. currently we use castelle's faxpress, which uses a special machine which is at about the end of its life at this point. i'll have to download the demo and check it out. have you used this yourself?

Unfortunately no. I Googled it for you. I am in the process of setting up a small office network which will be linked to a PBX system which in turn will be linked to a PA system. In my research for this project I came across lots of info which I saved/bookmarked even if it remotely pertained to what I am doing. You are now the beneficiary of one of my countless searches
