·Select "Administrators" and verify that "Deny" is not checked for anything, if it is, clear that check by clicking on it with the left mouse button.
·Select "Power Users" verify that "Deny" is not checked for anything, if it is, clear that check by clicking on it with the left mouse button.
·Select "Users" and verify that "Deny" is not checked for anything, if it is, clear that check by clicking on it with the left mouse button.
·Select every other group the user is a member of and verify that none of them have Deny set for any setting, if they do clear the check box by clicking on it with the left mouse button. If a group does not appear in the list here then it is fine and may be skipped for this step.
·Select one group of which the user is a member. If there are no groups the user is a member of listed here, add one by clicking “Add” and selecting the name of the group you wish to add in the upper panel and then clicking on the "Add" button and then clicking on "OK".
    ·Check "Allow" for "Full Control".
·Click on "Apply" and then on "OK".
    ·Try the game again
