file format conversion

    Ok ive been busting my jewls ovr this for a while but i cant figure it out.im trying to convert a video file from my computer that i downloaded into mpeg-4sp so i can put it onto my psp memory stick and watch it can any one tell me how to do this so it works and i can actually watch the video.

    any help pleaze
