is there any error message from the dvds ?
it sounds like it could be a media or compatabilty issue rip the dvd with dvd decrypter in iso mode and burn with nero or dvd decrypter
The downloads and guides are on my page follow the link in my sig
or if you have nero use copy dvd
have a read of the golden rules in my sig

please list all files in the video_ts folder and their size
or you could try running the dvd thru vobblanker it should correct an error if there is one

I think but am not sure that the "INVALID FLOATING POINT OPERATION" is CPU conflict with software but the mpg file from chopper should now be a clean mpeg-2 file, if you have nerovision you can load the mpeg into make dvd and create a new dvd with a menu
    or for freeware try dvdstyler

can you ply thr mpeg-2 file the chopper made on your pc ?
can you play the vob from the original disk on your pc ?
did chopper preview the vob when you saved it ?

    chopper let me play it
media player didn't reconize the mpg file or the codec that was used to compress the file
it would play off the dvd couldn't rewind or fast forward though

The vob appears to be malformed in someway my next suggestion would be to be load the dvd into vobblanker and process it thru that see if it can detect the error and repair it

failing that try converting the vob to an avi with virtualdub mod which is the most basic form of video and then reencode to a dvd
