file too big for a audio cd

    small problem never had it b4,downloaded a full cd and relelised that it would not fit on a normal 700mb cd, tried dvd would not have it=the file is converted wave and is 875 from a could be a "retail cd" and tried to convert and burn to mp3 and burn but that will not work too!god i sound like a noob!!

    why dont you split the audio file then burn in two parts or cut off a bit of what you dont need.
    Not sure what the best way to split would be but try somthing like sony sound forge.
    There is porbably a better way but try this and i hope it helps.

    another option after you shrink it a bit, is that they do make larger CDRs you can use. you can get 90 minute/800MB CDRs from www.allmediaoutlet.com

    thanks for the info,i was'nt aware that u could buy 90 min cdrs.i'm gonna go with that option cheers
