file too big for disc

    i had pink floyd vh1 legends in 5 diffrent parts all avi files. i read in here about using easy video joiner to combine them.i did that .then i put it through vso divx to dvd and then copy to dvd . but when it came to using copy to dvd the file was to big. how do i compress the file to put on a 4.7 g dvd disc ? what program do i use?

    Well DiVXToDVD should have encoded it to a Size so it would Fit on a DVD...That is unless you are Trying to Fit more than say 2 or 2.5 hours on a DVD....

    Try "DVD-Shrink" as it will add Just enough compression so it will fit on a DVD but if you are Trying to Put more than 2 hours on a DVD then the Quality will be Very bad.....
